I am a mother, wife, daughter and business entrepreneur.  I have a mom and dad that I take into consideration every time I go through hiring of new caregivers.  The care I would expect my husband and son to receive play a part in my vision of the core of my business. 

 I have been in the health care field for the better part of my teen and working years.  From living with and caring for my grandparents, being a candy striper at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, Certified Nursing Assistant during my college days, working in the business/financial area of local convalescent homes, consulting for several physician offices for billing and management to finding my way to QC Home Care Solutions.  Every day I am excited to get to work and start with the process of adding comfort, stability and peace of mind to families and their loved ones that need help.  I truly believe that this is my life’s mission. 

 The team of women and men that are part of QC Home Care are the backbone of this business.  Each and every one of the members of the team bring and give a part of themselves to making QC Home Care what is has become and what it is on its way to being.  Integrity.   Compassion.  Professionalism.   Respect. 

 There are many places of employment that all of the QC caregivers could have worked and I am grateful that they have chosen to work with me.

 

Ashley has been working in the healthcare field since 2000. She began her career as a candy striper and progressed to being an LPN. She has worked in nursing homes, private practice offices and home care. She brings her dedication to providing the best care to her patients into every aspect of her job at QC Home Care. As well as working directly with patients, Ashley also assists with scheduling, on-call, and Quality Assurance. She also performs marketing, assists with hiring and assessments. Her medical knowledge covers everything from geriatrics, OB/GYN, surgical nursing, gastroenterology, urgent care and pediatrics.

Ashley married her husband in 2007. Her daughter was born in 2010. They enjoy spending their time together and watching their little girl grow.

As with all aspects of her life, Ashley is driven to do her best, she carries her strong work-ethic and dedication throughout her duties at QC Home Care.

 

 

Beverly is a licensed massage therapist with INCITE Wellness Center of Norwich, CT. She offers massage therapy to our clients as part of INCITE's off sight program.
